CMS owner since 2006, Kathi is currently in the Montessori training program at the Montessori Teacher College in Sacramento. Kathi has been in the childcare field for the past 24 years. Her Montessori internship this year will be in the Pre-K/Kindergarten/Elementary classroom. Kathi brings a warm and playful energy into the classroom. |

Cookie Kipp
CMS DirectorIn addition to sharing administrative tasks with Kathi, Cookie is the Pre-K/Kindergarten/Elementary teacher. Cookie holds an American Montessori Society credential, a Masters in Education, and has over 25 years of teaching experience (15 here at Countryside). She will be working closely with the non-Montessori teachers, Montessori interns, and assistants to promote their understanding and application of Montessori principles. Cookie is also a partner in an anger management business focusing on adolescents.

Stacy Dulin Stacy, our preschool teacher, recently completed her Montessori Certification Training. She also has a BA in Child Development. Stacy brings patience and understanding to the classroom setting, allowing the children to blossom and thrive at their own pace in a warm, caring environment.

Kenzie Bertain Kenzie is working with the elementary children. She is the afternoon assistant and childcare teacher in elementary this fall. Kenzie holds 22 ECE units and is continuing her education this fall. Kenzie brings joy and a playful spirit to the classroom and encourages self-control in the children.

| Sarah Malone, Montessori intern, also studying at the Montessori Teaching College, is new to CMS this fall. Sarah has provided licensed in-home childcare for the past three years and loves working with children. She will be the preschool intern this year. Sarah is also a “mom” of one of our Montessori students. Sarah encourages emotional growth through positive guidance and a sense of security to the children.
